International Shipping

How to Order?

STEP 1 - Registration / Logging In

Click "Login / Sign up" to make a new account or login to your account.

Select an method to login or create an account.

STEP 2 - Searching for Items and Shopping

The easiest way to find something on our store is to use the search bar. Type what you are looking for into the bar. Click on an item to see it's details. When you find an item that you want to buy, simply click "Order Now" or "Buy".

STEP 3 - Checking Out

From the shopping cart, select "Checkout".

Before any ordering, customer can click "Share your cart", copy the link and send the url to us to confrim the order.

After the order confirmed, you can click "Next" and continue with the following steps.

For international order, please select "International Delivery" option and fill in your details very carefully.

This is the final screen before your order is placed. Please check all of the details are correct*. When you are ready to complete the order, please click "Confirm to pay". If you would like to make any changes, please click the pervious step "(1) Cart" or "(2) Delivery". *If your order is sent to the wrong address due to a mistake being entered on this form, you may have to pay extra costs for any return shipping.

Shipping Methods and Costs

The shipping cost will be manually calculated once all of the items have been collected and availability confirmed. This will happen only after the order is placed. We will send a notification message through email after in-stock, please follow that instruction to pay the shipping fee. Due to the tariff policy of different countries / territories vary, tariffs could be charged. All tariffs borne by the buyer, please understand the relevant regulations of tariffs in your country/region before purchasing.
Severe Delays and Suspension of Shipping Services Due to COVID-19 Virus
Due to the recent corona virus pandemic, we have received word from Hong Kong Post that certain shipping methods to many countries have now been suspended. Please also be aware that there is a severe delay in items leaving Hong Kong and that the tracking status for your order may not change for some weeks. Damages and Loss During Shipment
We will not be responsible for any damage or the loss of uninsured shipments or undervalued packages. Extra insurance is available. For more details, please contact us. Please write "Request insured shipping" in the remark column if you wish to apply insurance on your package.
